Get to know me

Saint John has been my lifelong home, shaping who I am and grounding me in a strong sense of community. Growing up in Crescent Valley, I attended local schools like Hazen White St. Francis and Princess Elizabeth, and eventually Saint John High School. These early experiences gave me a deep appreciation for the resilience and diversity of our city. After high school, I continued my education at the former Academy of Hair Design on Union Street—a move that launched my career and connected me with the vibrant South Central Peninsula.

Today, as a small business owner in Uptown, I know firsthand the challenges and rewards of working in Saint John. Every day, I see the dedication of our city’s entrepreneurs and the unique character that small businesses bring to our community. Running a business here isn’t just a job; it’s a commitment to our local economy and to the people who make it thrive. This experience has taught me the importance of a supportive, resilient economy that benefits everyone.

But my investment in Saint John goes beyond business. I’ve had the privilege of volunteering in local initiatives, working alongside community members to bring about positive change. Whether through organizing events, advocating for local businesses, or supporting youth programs, I’m dedicated to making our city a place where everyone can succeed.

As I run for city council, I bring with me a lifelong commitment to Saint John and a vision for a prosperous, inclusive future. I believe that with strong community leadership, we can preserve the values that make our city special while building a foundation for growth and opportunity for all.
